Ad variants for several Indian brands, with approvals and an audit log
A small agency can write policy-checked ad variants for several Indian brands by keeping each brand in its own workspace with its own brief, rules and team. HookVerdict gives each workspace roles (owner, approver, editor, viewer), a review queue and an append-only audit log, and writes variants in English and nine Indian languages.

Why this is hard
Every client wants fresh ideas every week, in more than one language, and every client's rules are different: words they never use, claims they can prove, what their legal team allows.
When something goes wrong, the first question is who approved it. Spreadsheets and chat threads don't answer that.
How to do it in HookVerdict
01One workspace per brand
Create a workspace for each brand and switch between them (up to 5 you own). Each has its own brief, banned words and guardrails.
02Invite your team and the client
In Team, invite people as editors, approvers or viewers. Viewers can't write drafts; only approvers and owners approve.
03Write and review
Editors generate variants; the client's approver approves them. Every action is recorded in the audit log, which you can export as CSV.

Tips
- Put each client's banned words in their brief on day one.
- Turn on Slack alerts so you know when a batch is ready or a change waits for approval.
- Use overnight batches so each brand has new ideas every morning.
When HookVerdict is not the right tool
HookVerdict doesn't have client approval links without an account, white-label reports or agency billing across workspaces yet. Agency workspaces with client approval links are planned.
