Delete your data

Remove access to your Meta ad account

  1. Sign in to HookVerdict and open Tests.
  2. Choose Disconnect next to your Meta ad account. We delete the stored access token at once; the change is recorded in your workspace's audit log.
  3. You can also remove HookVerdict from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → HookVerdict → Remove.

The same applies to Shopify and Shiprocket: an owner can disconnect them under Guardrails, which deletes the stored credentials.

Delete your workspace and account

Ask our grievance officer, Venu Gopal Reddy Muvva, Surge Software Solutions Private Limited, by post to Sy No. 13/1, #155, Shop No. 2, 1st Floor, 4th Main, BEML Layout, Thubrahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066. Tell us the email address you sign in with and the workspace name. We delete the workspace's brief, drafts, results, connections and members within 30 days and confirm in writing. Records we must keep by law, such as GST invoices, are kept for the period the law requires.

Before you ask, an owner can download everything in the workspace from Usage → Download workspace data.
