Questions

Do prices include GST?
No. Indian customers pay 18% GST on top of any usage charge and receive a GST invoice with their GSTIN.
What does “at cost” mean?
Most drafting runs overnight on AI hardware we already own, so it costs us nothing extra and costs you nothing. Instant generation uses Claude, which bills us per token. Beyond the included allowance you pay exactly that cost, plus GST, with no markup. During founding access, overnight batches are free, including their Indian-language versions. Your usage page shows the rupee cost of each batch.
How long does founding access last?
Until paid plans launch. We'll give founding brands at least 30 days' notice before any plan change, and nothing moves to a paid plan without you choosing it.
Will anything go live in my ad account without me?
No new ad goes live without a person approving it. Pauses and budget changes can run automatically only if you turn on autopilot for a rule, and only inside the limits you set. Every action is logged.
How do I cancel?
During founding access there's no subscription to cancel. You only pay if you choose to buy usage beyond the included allowance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay. International cards will follow.
